You'll receive a confirmation email letting you know our team has received your order. Once your order is completed, you'll get an email notification with your tracking information.

It's not possible to cancel an order that has already been shipped. You'll need to make the return once you receive the package. Make sure not to handle the package so you can get a 100% refund :)

Shipping costs are non-refundable in the case of returns.

We strive to make the best kits in the world. For us, quality means doing it right when no one is watching. If the order you received is not to your liking, or the gift is not what you expected, we will gladly provide a 100% refund of your order, no questions asked.

- Send an email to info@occre.com attaching a photo of the package and the invoice.

- The return must be requested 45 days after the shipping date, after which the goods must be returned within 15 days.

- The goods must be returned in their original packaging. Returns must include the supplied delivery note.

- Goods that appear to be used and not in their original / saleable condition will not be refunded.

- In both cases it will be mandatory to present the purchase receipt or invoice.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable in the case of returns.
