OcCre kits include all the parts necessary for its construction. Instructions in 5 languages in printed and digital format. Scale drawings. IP card to identify the pieces. Parts list with materials and measurements. Step by step video tutorials. Lifetime warranty. Customer service within 24 hours. Personalized wooden plate with the name of the model and the modeler.
What is OcCre's warranty?
OcCre offers a lifetime warranty on all its kits. That is, model ships, model trains and model streetcars.

All kits are delivered with printed instructions. PDF instructions are also available. You can view the PDF instructions here.
Does OcCre offer returns?
Yes, the user will have a period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product to return it. Unless the return is made for defects in the product, the costs related to shipping will be borne by the user. In any case the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
Can I cancel my order?
It is not possible to cancel an order that has already been shipped. You will have to make the return once you receive the package. Make sure you do not tamper with the package in order to get 100% of the refund :)
