Every Occre model is guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects. If a part leaves the factory faulty, we replace it free of charge. We ship to more than 500 cities around the world, and the people who build with us say it best: over 10,000 reviews with an average rating of 4.7. What does the guarantee cover?
Any manufacturing defect: a faulty part, one damaged from the outset, or one missing from the box. It does not expire after two years, or after ten: as long as your model exists, the commitment stands. It applies to every model bought at occre.com or from an authorized Occre retailer. That is the only condition: we need to be able to verify where the kit came from, to confirm that the problem is from the factory and not from later handling.
If something leaves the factory wrong, we put it right. Whether your model has been on your desk for two weeks or in your cabinet for twenty years.

How do I request a replacement part?
Fill in the form with your model reference, where you bought it and a photo of the part. A real person — not a ticketing system — reviews your request, checks the case and sends the replacement to any country.
