1. Processing and Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification by email once your order has been dispatched.
During high-demand periods (such as promotions or special campaigns), processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Costs and Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout, before confirming your order.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, local holidays, or unexpected logistics issues beyond our control.
3. Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted shipping partners, including:
- Correos / Correos Express
- DHL / UPS / FedEx
- Local postal services depending on the destination country
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT upon arrival in your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@occre.com and provide the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will assess the case and provide a suitable solution as soon as possible.
If your order is lost or has not arrived, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
7. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is accurate. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
