No. Club points are always calculated on the net amount of your order, i.e. the total excluding taxes (VAT in Europe).

For orders placed from outside the European Union, since no taxes apply, points are calculated on the total amount.

In the OcCre Loyalty Club you can redeem your OcCoins for discount vouchers. To use them, your minimum order amount must be 4 times the value of the voucher. This allows us to offer sustainable rewards and keep rewarding your loyalty in a balanced way. Here are some examples to make it clear: if you redeem a €5 voucher, your order must be at least €20. If you redeem a €10 voucher, the minimum order is €40. For a €15 voucher you need a minimum purchase of €60. If you use a €25 voucher, the order must be €100. A €50 voucher requires a minimum purchase of €200. If you redeem a €100 voucher, your order must be €400. The highest voucher, €150, requires a minimum order of €600.

Yes, you can write as many reviews as you like about our products and share your experience with the community. However, to ensure fair use of the system, points for reviews are only awarded once every 3 months from the last time you received points for a review. This helps us prevent fraudulent use and ensure that reviews reflect real experiences.

• Approved: These OcCoins can be redeemed immediately
• Pending: These OcCoins need to be verified before they can be redeemed. This normally applies to purchases and referrals. Approval can take up to 14 days, but if in doubt, contact our customer service team.
• Cancelled: These OcCoins will not be added to your account. For example, this happens if you cancel a purchase (the points go from pending to cancelled)

OcCoins expire after 8 months if not redeemed. Once you redeem your OcCoins, a code will appear that you will need to use.

If you make a full return, all points will be returned.

If you make a partial return, only the proportional points will be returned.

Returns are accepted as long as:

They are made within 45 days of receiving the order.
The product has not been opened and is still shrink-wrapped.
Shipping costs are not refunded.

Orders are processed as paid once they have been paid in full. This means that orders paid in instalments will receive their OcCoins once the final payment has been made.
