This was my very first wooden model ship ever. This model was a perfect entry-level model with high quality materials and clear instructions. The only downside was the lack of a detailed explanation regarding the planking as the Polaris is not as curved as this model. Nevertheless, I had a lot of fun building this model, even to the extent that I have already ordered my next (medium) level model (Jabeque).
